Tim Brewer is a professional Realtor and Auctioneer who believes in putting the client first in every situation and who believes in taking good care of the agents and sellers who trust him to sell their properties. Tim goes the extra mile to see that every aspect of the auction sale is well planned and professionally executed. He keeps state of the art equipment and stays current on all laws and regulations effecting the auction industry. Tim is a member of The National Auctioneers Association as is every auctioneer on his team. NAA members truly are masters of the procedure and conduct of the public Auction. Just as doctors and lawyers follow strict standards and are trusted members of their respective professions, NAA members likewise are bound by strong ethics, and they are respected icons in the marketing community. It's no wonder then, that a solid reputation for honesty and integrity is a fundamental quality of Tim Brewer Real Estate Auctions. Not to mention one that carries a lot of clout.

         Background

Tim has been a Realtor since 1991 where he began his career with Folk-Jordan. In 1994 he came to Crye-Leike and it seems he's found a home as he is still there. He is the managing broker to the Hendersonville Crye-Leike Office. Tim has been ranked with the top 20% of Realtors in America and continually stays in the top 10% of approximately 3200 agents company wide. As well as being among the Top 5 agents in the Hendersonville office, where he was 2013's Number One Agent. Tim began pursuing Auctions in 1999 and since then has become a “Master Auctioneer” and is the Number One Auctioneer in the Crye-Leike Organization as well as the Principal Auctioneer for the company. He has served his local association of Realtors as Chairman of the  Member Services Committee, served on the Professional Ethics, Public Relations committees, and Chairman of the Governmental Affairs committee. He is a recipient of the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Awards of Excellence from the Sumner Association of Realtors where he was elected by his peers to serve as 2006 President. In 2007 Tim became a member of the "Crye-Leike Circle of Excellence"  The highest honor that Crye-Leike awards it's agents. Upon receiving this award Tim was given the honorary title of "Vice President" He is also a member of The National Auctioneer's Association and the Tennessee Auctioneer's Association. Tim teaches the Auction Method of Selling at all Crye-Leike Offices and Crye-Leike College, and has been certified by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission to teach a two hour continuing education class on "How You Can Better Serve Your Clients' Best Interest with Real Estate Auctions." Tim is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer in Real Estate Auctions.

Tim was elected to the Sumner County Board of Education in 2008, 2012, 2016, and again in 2020  He was elected in 2017 to serve as Board Chairman and continues to hold this position through the 2021-2022 school year.

Education

Tim holds the GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute),  CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), SNP (Social Network Professional), C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) designations. He is  a graduate of The Nashville Auctioneer's School, and Crye-Leike College where he now teaches auctions. His continual education has included, Basic Real Estate Finance, Advanced Real Estate Finance, Professional Development, Professionalism in Real Estate, Advanced Sales and Marketing, Leadership and Management, Auction Ethics, and Public Speaking.
